How it is packed
Every order goes out in plain packaging. No branding, no product names, nothing on the outside that says what is inside.
There is no branding on the outer packaging, the sender name is neutral, and the card statement shows a plain descriptor rather than the shop name.
Parcel locker delivery
If you would rather nothing came to the house, pick locker delivery at checkout. Your parcel goes to a locker or shop near you, and you collect it whenever suits with the code we text you. It stays there for a few days, so there is no rushing home for a delivery slot.
When it goes out
Order before 15:00 on a working day and it goes out the same afternoon. Anything after that goes the next working day. We do not dispatch on Sundays or bank holidays.
Where we deliver
United Kingdom only. That includes Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and the islands, though those can take a day or two longer. We cannot send outside the UK.
