1. Who we are

2. Who can buy

You must be 18 or over and ordering for delivery within the United Kingdom. By placing an order you confirm both of those. We may cancel and refund any order where we believe either is untrue.

3. The products

All products are sold as room aromas for legal use only and are not sold for human consumption. Product images are for illustration and packaging may vary. You are responsible for using the products lawfully and safely, and for reading the safety information provided.

4. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. If an item turns out to be unavailable, or has been priced incorrectly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. Delivery is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken through our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details. Your order is not treated as paid until the payment provider confirms it.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address or collection point you gave us. If you give us the wrong address we cannot be held responsible for a parcel that goes astray, though we will always try to help.

7. Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return unopened, sealed items. For health and safety reasons, items whose seal has been broken cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details are on our returns page.

8. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods are faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

9. Our liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not liable for any loss arising from misuse of the products, including any use for human consumption, which is expressly not what they are sold for.

10. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
