Returns and refunds

Straightforward, and within your rights under UK consumer law.

Changed your mind

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, and another 14 days to send it back. It has to be unopened, unused and with the seal intact.

Once a seal is broken the item cannot be resold for health and safety reasons, so opened items cannot be returned unless there is something wrong with them.

Faulty or damaged

If something arrives damaged, leaking or not as described, message us within 30 days with your order reference and a photo. We will replace it or refund it in full, including the postage, and you will not be out of pocket.

Wrong item sent

Our mistake, our cost. Tell us and we will send the right thing out straight away and cover the return.

How to start a return

Message us through the contact page with your order reference and what is wrong. We will reply with the return address and what to do next. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us or we may not be able to match it to your order.

How long refunds take

Once we have the item back and checked it, we refund within 3 working days. Card refunds usually show on your statement within 5 working days after that. Refunds go back to the way you paid. Crypto payments are refunded to a wallet address you give us.

Cancelling before dispatch

Caught it early? Message us with your reference. If it has not gone out yet we will cancel it and refund you in full the same day.
